Our staff will provide an update with photos of your gown after cleaning. Subsequently upon your approval, we will proceed with your gown for preservation steps. By then, you would have already satisfied with the cleaning process.

In addition to that, a clean glove is provided in your preservation box. Hence, you may use it to do checking on your gown when you need to touch it. However, we recommend that you do not take your gown out completely to avoid pollution and contamination. This means you may peel the gown by layers during checking, and place them back carefully. At the same time, we recommend you do perform a quick check every year. Most importantly, once you notice yellow spots started to develop, send it back to us immediately. If that happens, we strongly suggest you change your storage location as the humidity of the area may not be ideal for your gown.
